If an item is out of stock, we will send you an email with an estimated shipping date, and you will have the option of accepting the shipping date provided or cancelling that item.
Some items may be sent directly to you from the manufacturers.
If you wish us to check the progress of your order then please use the 'Contact Us' page to e-mail us with the first line as 'Progress' and the order number, e.g.
progress WS93
followed by your message. We can only track your order if you include the order number.
